There are several reasons behind the non-working of ADSL. Follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Reboot the modem/ router: The device might have stopped working temporarily. In such situation, restart the router and try to connect after 5 minutes.
- Sign in to your modem. Do cross check the username & password. Ensure that the username comprises ‘@internode.on.net’. For example- username should be ‘abc@internode.on.net’. If you have entered correct log in credentials and still unable to log in then get in touch with our Support team.
